- Educational Support: Easy-to-follow instructions on how to navigate and maximize your program.
- Form & Safety: A library of instructional videos demonstrating proper form and technique to keep you safe and effective.
- Nutrition Fundamentals: Generalized nutrition guidance to help you fuel your body and support your progress.
- Personal Training: 5 hours of 1-on-1 personal training sessions included in your initial package to refine your form and build your confidence.
