Matt Janus - Lead Personal Trainer

Matt's Bio:

A newly certified NASM CPT with over 20 years of experience as a dedicated athlete and fitness advocate, Matt’s coaching is rooted in empathy. Having transformed his own life from being overweight to reaching a healthy, athletic weight, he truly understands the hurdles of the fitness journey. He brings this firsthand perspective and a contagious enthusiasm to every client, specializing in fat loss, muscle growth, and health milestones—including successfully helping clients manage diabetes through nutrition and exercise.


With a background in Aerospace and a Business degree from NAU, Matt applies analytical precision and problem-solving to every training program. He treats your fitness goals with the same detail-oriented approach used in complex projects, ensuring your results are data-driven, measurable, and sustainable.


Behind the Trainer:

Outside the gym, Matt is a devoted husband and father of two. Whether he’s skiing, riding motorcycles, or cheering on football, he lives by the active principles he teaches. For Matt, fitness isn’t just about the workout; it’s about building the strength and energy to enjoy every moment of life with the people who matter most.
