Matt found himself in a position many of his clients face, not enough time to work out and prioritize fitness. He had lost his "fit ways," became overweight, and felt the mounting frustration of trying to reclaim his health. This wasn't just a physical hurdle; it was an emotional one.
It was through this personal struggle that Pivot Point Fitness was born. Matt realized that the most effective coaching doesn’t come from a place of perfection, but from a place of deep empathy and shared experience. He earned his NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) credential not just to master the science of movement, but to ensure he could provide others with the supportive, proven roadmap he wished he’d had during his own transformation.
